I also made more mini cupcakes but I topped them with mint frosting instead of chocolate this time.

Minty Delicious Chocolate Cake
This is my most recent creation. I made this for my friend Mike's Birthday last Friday.
It is a chocolate mint cake with layers of chocolate pudding in between the cake. Then I covered it with a chocolate glaze and chopped up Andes mints and fondant stars.
